Because screen cloths initially shrink a little, new cloths are laid slightly loose. The second is that the aluminium profile has chambers for fitting plastic wire guide blocks and these blocks make it possible to quickly fix the profile either on top of, or underneath, the polyester wires. In addition, they also improve the installation’s flexibility because they constantly move with the polyester wires’ lateral movement. Last but not least, the blocks ensure that no further contact is possible between the polyester wires and the screen profile so installations run more smoothly, cutting-in is prevented and the screen cloth doesn’t get black stripes on it.
